Devilled eggs with tuna fish

It's a must for almost all Romanian festive dinners! It's easy to prepare and the result is delicious. I have enriched the original recipe with tuna fish, which gives a delicate and original flavour.

10 eggs
1 tin tuna fish in olive oil
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
Method

Boil the eggs hard (approx. 10 min). Wash them under cold water, peel and cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop the yolks into a bowl. Set the whites on a serving platter.
Using a blender or a normal mixer, mash together the egg yolks, tuna fish together with its oil, soy sauce, mustard and lemon juice. Add 1-2 tbsp olive oil if necessary. The mixture has to be smooth and creamy.

Using a pastry bag or a teaspoon, squeeze the egg mixture into the whites. Sprinkle with paprika powder.
My tips:
Serve on a salad-bed.
You can decorate with capers, small pieces of pickles or olives, or with caviar.
